Safety & Compliance
Every dive. Every time. No shortcuts.
Safety is not a section of our business — it is the foundation of everything we do. Commercial diving is inherently high-risk work, and we take that seriously. Every Commercial Water Dive operation is planned, documented and executed in accordance with AS/NZS 2299.1 and all applicable workplace health and safety legislation.
Our commitment to safety and compliance means that when you engage Commercial Water Dive, you receive not just a diving service, but a fully documented, auditable operation that satisfies the requirements of government procurement, Tier 1 contractor prequalification and regulatory review.

• Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) — step-by-step methodology identifying hazards and controls for all high-risk construction work

• Risk Assessment — comprehensive risk register covering environmental, operational and health hazards
• Emergency Response Plan — site-specific emergency procedures including nearest hyperbaric facility, medical contacts and evacuation routes

What This Means for You
For procurement managers and project engineers, our safety and compliance framework means you can engage Commercial Water Dive with confidence knowing that every operation is fully documented and audit-ready, our safety documentation meets the standard required by government and Tier 1 contractors, you receive complete records for your own WHS management system, and your organisation’s risk exposure is managed and documented from initial planning through to project completion.
Continuous Improvement
We review and update our safety systems, procedures and documentation regularly. We actively seek feedback from clients, learn from each operation, and incorporate lessons learned into our standard procedures. Safety is not a static checklist — it is a commitment we renew with every project.
